Great hosts, helpful and friendly

Ideal location in the heart of Split's old town. Basic but well-equipped apartment. Recently refurbished bathroom. Convenient shared kitchen area. Close to tourist destinations, nightlife, and restaurants. Spacious and comfortable lounge room. Washing machine available

Great and stunning location not far from convenient shopping, eating, and ferries, and the old down and seaside, and the room was spotless. Everything was great and I got ironing for free. This place was perfect for short stay; I would return anytime😃

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Carminatti! The location was excellent, with easy access to the waterfront, old town, and other parts of Split. The apartment was modern and well-equipped, with comfortable furniture and bedding. The friendly and flexible management made our stay even better by allowing us to pay for an extra half day. Despite a small bathroom, we understood that it was an old building and it didn't bother us. we highly recommend Casa Carminatti for a great stay in Split.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, which is great for cooking meals. The bathroom has underfloor heating, making it warm and cozy. I love that some units also have a kitchen, with a dishwasher and microwave. The apartment features a private bathroom with a shower, which is convenient. The traditional Dalmatian stone houses add charm and character to the accommodation. I really liked that the apartment has a toaster, soundproofing, and dishwasher. The private bathroom comes with free toiletries for added convenience. The room also has a mini fridge, perfect for storing drinks and snacks. Having satellite TV in the room was a nice bonus.

Personally, I would have preferred if the apartment had a larger fridge.

The location is mind-blowing, just a short walk to the famous beach. The newly renovated old apartment was super comfortable and cozy. The hostess was incredibly enthusiastic and provided us with jaw-dropping helpful information about the area.

Oh, how I despised the constant ownership of the house by the same family. Such monotony!

Always choose this place for my stay. No regrets. Staff helped me with printing. Place suits me perfectly. Has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, electric kettle, cookware, AC. Paid airport shuttle, flat-screen TV. Express check-in/out. Coffee shop. Cots. No pets, no smoking. Coming back for New Year.

Spacious, bright apartment with well-stocked kitchen and washing machine. Excellent location near sights, shops, and restaurants. Accommodating and welcoming host provided helpful information, booked boat trip, and arranged transport. Definitely coming back!

The location was mind-blowing, just a 5-minute walk to the old town area. The shared kitchen facilities were super convenient, and the apartment was spotlessly clean with a luxurious decor. Laura, the owner, was incredibly accommodating and even went out of her way to help us with errands. The wifi was great, and the additional fridge in the apartment was a jaw-dropping bonus. The hosts were friendly, funny, and always willing to assist. an absolutely amazing stay!

Amazing value for money. The room was clean, modern, and had great AC. The location couldn't have been better, just a short walk to the port, bus stop, and the palace. Laura, the host, was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Special mention to the impeccably neat bathroom. Full 5 stars to Laura and her hotel.

The breakfast experience could be improved.

Loved the unique furnishings and cozy feel. The patio was a delightful spot to relax. Free Wi-Fi was a plus. However, the constant family presence was a bit odd.

just returned from a lovely stay in split. casa carminatti was the perfect choice - incredible location in the heart of old town, close to everything. the owners, paul and laura, were so helpful and gave great recommendations. the apartment had all we needed, especially the recently refurbished bathroom. highly recommended!

Wifi was unreliable.

The location was perfect, close enough to the main area but away from the noise. Soundproof windows were a plus. Paul and Laura were sweet and helpful hosts.

Felt like home, no complaints.
